RESERVATIONS

Wow! Bus Trips reserves seats on a first come first served basis for PAID reservations. In fairness to all customers, reservations are held without deposits or full payment, for seven (7) days after the date of the original reservation request. After that period of time, Wow! Bus Trips reserves the right to offer unsecured reservations to other customers who wish to make payment for a trip.

PAYMENT FOR ONE-DAY TRIPS

For one-day trips, payment in full must be made within seven (7) days of the date of the original reservation request, in person, by mail or via the internet with a credit card.

PAYMENT FOR MULTI-DAY TRIPS

For multiple day trips, a 50% deposit is due to confirm your reservation within (7) days of the date of the original reservation request, in person, by mail or via the internet with a credit card. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure.

NSF CHECK POLICY

A service fee of $35.00 is assessed for ALL returned checks (NSF, stop payment, account closed, etc.)

SEATING

We do not have reserved seating on trips. Participants may select seats on a first-come first-served basis. Usually two seats adjacent to the driver are reserved for the Trip Leader and a Tour Guide (if needed). We generally leave a few seats available on the bus for interpreters when needed, in the rare case of a defective seat, or for persons who may experience motion sickness. Our Trip Leader will try to accommodate requests for special seating when possible.

LATENESS

It is the passenger's responsibility to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to designated departure times. Any passenger not arriving in time for departure may be left behind. WOW! Bus Trips assumes no responsibility for passengers arriving late at departure points at any location.

SMOKING

In the interest of the health and comfort of our passengers, we ask that no one smoke aboard the bus. We make picture stops, coffee breaks and lunch stops which will give those who smoke numerous opportunities to do so. Federal and State laws do not permit smoking on public transportation.

PARKING

WOW! Bus Trips will not be held responsible for your vehicle or other personal property while your car is parked at the bus pick up/drop off area. Please exercise good judgment and remove any valuables from your vehicle.

CELL PHONE ETIQUETTE (when possible)


•  Put cell phone on vibrate, or turn off.
•  Avoid using headsets.
•  Do not converse on the cell phone or headset while on the motorcoach.
•  When in transit on the motorcoach, use cell phone for emergency only.
•  If you need to return a call, do it while on a break and off the motorcoach,
   or after arrival at your destination.
•  Do not use cell phone when the driver, leader or tour guide is talking, on or off the coach.

IDENTIFICATION

It is the responsibility of each passenger to carry identification and documents allowing unrestricted travel to the destinations offered in these trips. WOW! Bus Trips cannot be held responsible and will make no refund whatsoever for the unused portion of any trip caused by lack of proper identification and documentation.

ITINERARIES

Itineraries are available in advance for most overnight trips. However, they remain tentative and subject to change as deemed necessary. We cannot be responsible for last minute adjustments, but we will always strive to match, or better, the quality of services when changes occur.

CANCELLATION POLICY   -  

WOW! Bus Trips may cancel a trip within 15 days of its departure date due to a lack of enrollment. Any trip may be cancelled at any time due to weather, natural disasters, etc. In the event that WOW! Bus Trips cancels a bus trip, all tickets for that bus trip are fully refundable.

One Day Trips: Registrants may cancel reservations up to 3 days prior to a trip for a partial refund (cost of trip minus $25.00 per person cancellation fee, plus any unrecoverable charges (i.e. theater tickets, etc.). There will be no credit or refund for any cancellation made after this time.

Multi-Day Trips: Registrants may cancel reservations up to 30 days prior to a multi-day trip for a partial refund (cost of trip minus $25.00 per person per day cancellation fee, plus any unrecoverable charges (i.e. theater tickets, hotels, meals, etc.). There will be no credit or refund for any cancellation made after this time).

NOTES:

All refunds will be issued within 30 days after trip departure.

All tickets are transferable which means you may sell your ticket to someone else. All tickets purchased are based on your reservation.

GRATUITIES

All necessary tips to doormen, hotel* and restaurant staffs, and dining room tips on meals agreed to in your itinerary are included. The customary gratuities to the bus driver and tour guide (if any) are also included.

*Gratuities for maid service are not included in your trip price. If you wish to show thanks for the maid service provided, it is your personal option.

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

Passengers requiring assistance with walking, dining or personal needs must be accompanied by an able companion who can provide this assistance.

OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS

WOW! Bus Trips reserves the right to decline to accept or decline to retain on a trip any person whose conduct in the sole opinion of the Trip Leader would, in any manner, be prejudicial to the good order of the trip or the enjoyment by others of the trip.

MINORS

Passengers must be a minimum of 16 years to travel without an adult.

RESPONSIBILITY AND INSURANCE

WOW! Bus Trips acts solely in the capacity of an agent on behalf of trip patrons in arranging transportation, lodging, sightseeing and other trip services, and as such, is not responsible for damage, loss, delay, injury or accident due to any act of omission on the part of any company or person engaged in providing lodging, sightseeing, entertainment, transportation, or other services which are part of the trip.

We highly recommend Travel Insurance, which includes Trip Cancellation, Travel Accident and Sickness; and Baggage, for your protection.

Will there be any entertainment on the bus?

WOW! Bus Trips aims for a social, relaxed setting. Feel free to be cordial and get to know your fellow passengers. We'll provide ambient music (at a low/moderate volume) and, if time permits, a movie. You may bring your own food or snacks to consume on the bus if you like. We encourage everyone to enjoy their time on the bus.

Do you offer any beverages or snacks on the bus?

Yes, complimentary light refreshments are included on all trips. (No alcoholic beverages will be served.)

Are pets allowed on the bus?

Dogs, cats and other live animals are not permitted on the bus. However, a service animal, used for the purpose of accompanying a disabled passenger, will be permitted to travel with the disabled passenger at no additional charge. This animal must be under the control of its owner at all times and must ride in the passenger's space.

The driver's tip is included in the cost of your trip.

Can I help advertise your trips?

Absolutely...your help will be GREATLY appreciated!

Here's just a few ways you can do so:

• Send an email to all your friends, and ask them to do the same.
• Post a flyer at work.
• Post a flyer on local bulletin boards, etc.
• Insert a (free) classified ad in your community newsletter.
• Make an announcement at your next special interest group meeting.
